We want you to love your Snuggle Source purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if your item is:
- unused and in its original packaging,
- defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
- used or washed items,
- personal care products (for hygiene reasons),
- gift cards or promotional items.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@snugglesource.com with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery - we’ll replace it or issue a refund right away.
